The 7 agents
Seven specialists, one family table
Feeding a family well means thinking about health, safety, taste, cost and the latest science all at once. Harmony splits that work among seven AI assistants, called agents, each focused on one job. They share what they learn about your family, so the conditions the Clinical Agent knows about shape the meals the Chef Agent plans.
All seven are free with an account.
Grandma Harmony, the voice
Grandma Harmony is the voice of the app. You can talk to her instead of typing: tell her about your family when you set up, ask a question about a food, or have her read results aloud. She brings the other agents' work together into one answer, so using Harmony feels like a conversation rather than a search.
Clinical Agent
The Clinical Agent checks every product and every meal against the health conditions, allergies and sensitivities of each family member. It covers 29 health conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, kidney disease, celiac disease, Crohn's disease, IBS, GERD, gout, thyroid disorders and PKU, along with the major food allergens and common sensitivities such as lactose, histamine and FODMAPs. When something conflicts, it names the ingredient and the person it affects.
Based on published guidance from organizations including the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, National Kidney Foundation, Celiac Disease Foundation, Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, Mayo Clinic and Cleveland Clinic.
Chef Agent
The Chef Agent plans seven days of meals in which every meal is safe for everyone in the family: no ingredient that conflicts with anyone's conditions, allergies or diet. Every meal is scored with Food Compass 2.0 and only meals scoring 65 or higher are used. It avoids repeating recent meals and turns the plan into a shopping list of real groceries.
Botanist Agent
The Botanist Agent suggests foods, herbs and supplements that published research associates with support for your family's specific conditions. Its suggestions are for education, not prescriptions.
Based on the NIH National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health, Cochrane Reviews, Memorial Sloan Kettering's herb database and the Natural Medicines Database. Supplements can interact with medications; check with your doctor or pharmacist first.
Price Agent
The Price Agent looks up what a product costs at grocery stores near you, where the store makes prices available, so you can compare before you go.
Budget Agent
The Budget Agent keeps track of your family's weekly grocery spending against the budget you set. It tells you when a meal plan runs over and suggests lower-cost swaps.
Update Agent
The Update Agent watches new research. Every day it checks PubMed and CrossRef for new studies on nutrition and the health conditions Harmony covers. A person reviews each finding before it appears in the app's research feed, so nothing is published automatically.
Not medical advice. The agents provide general information for education. They do not diagnose or treat any condition and are not a substitute for your doctor or a registered dietitian.
